Signature Miller Events sells personal care and beauty products, including skincare, haircare, bath and body, and personal grooming items, both to individual customers and at trade prices to businesses. Product descriptions, sizes and images are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour, natural scent and batch appearance are normal.

Miller Data LLC provides custom software development, integration, automation, data and reporting work, and ongoing maintenance. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Development begins once the deposit is received. Work is delivered in agreed milestones and each milestone is invoiced as it is reached. Changes to an agreed scope are quoted separately before they are carried out. Timelines assume timely feedback, content, approvals and access from you; delays on your side move delivery dates accordingly.

On full payment for a project you own the custom application code and content produced for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work. Third-party software, hosting and services used in your project remain subject to their own licences and fees.

Support and maintenance retainers run month to month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. We do not guarantee that software will be free of every defect; we do commit to correcting defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of the relevant milestone at no charge.

Prices are as published on our price list or as quoted for wholesale and private-label orders, in US dollars and exclusive of applicable sales tax and shipping. Payment is due in full before dispatch and is processed by Square; by paying you also accept Square's terms for that transaction.

A numbered PDF invoice is issued for each successful payment. Overdue amounts on approved trade accounts may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, and we may hold further shipments for accounts more than 15 days overdue.

An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. Stock lines are normally dispatched within two business days; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery. You may cancel an order before dispatch by writing to ann@signaevent.com; after dispatch, our refund policy applies.

• Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
• Read the ingredient list and patch test before first use.
• Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.
• Keep products out of reach of children and store away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Use products only for their intended external cosmetic purpose.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

We retain all rights in our brand, formulas, packaging, artwork and website content. Resale of our products is permitted only under an agreed wholesale arrangement, and our branding may not be altered or reused without written permission. Private-label artwork you supply remains yours.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform this agreement.

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will offer a substitute, a backorder date or a refund of that line. Ingredient lists and packaging may change between batches; always check the label on the product you receive.

We warrant that products are made with reasonable skill and care and conform to their description at the time of dispatch. Except as expressly stated, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including suitability for any individual's skin or hair.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Trade accounts may be suspended or closed for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice, including non-payment or misrepresentation of our products. You remain liable for goods already delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect.
